PRESENTATION

“Human Rights Research, Application and Information Center of Ankara Bar Association“ that has established by the Decision of Board of Directors of Ankara Bar Association dated on 10 October 2004 and thats Statutes invoked on 8 December 2004, has acceded its studies.

As mentioned at the Statutes, making research activities for the aim of recognation, protection and envolvement of human rights nationally, internationally and upnationally; orginazing activities and making practices; struggling against human rights breaches; redounding the establishment of a democratic, noncleraical, social jurispurudance government and helping the prevailing of the principle on precedence of law are just the several of our aims.

Prepearing and practicing the studies that shall redound the rising of human rights consciousness, getting into connect with the national or international official or private authorities or organisations that are organizing activities belonging to the aim of the Center, collaborating and by organizing common activities establishing platforms that shall struggle against basic human rights and freedoms or supporting such platforms; examining and researching the hearings, complainings and applications and by determining the application ways to obstruct human rights breaches, putting the legal precautions into effect; helping the victims, their relatives and attornies by giving legal consultancy service; establishing a documentation unit about current human rights breaches are also within activities of our Center.

At this context, it would be a special delight for us if you would give us the honour to connect with you and develop our relationships with time. We also should mention that, the wothhwile of your reinforcement and assistance to our Center is indisputable. The Center shall also be in effort to familiraize you about the activities and organizations, as much as it can under its recources. Also the web site in the name of HRCAB, is a way for you to be in communication with us.
